Marty Dixon fell in love with racing at a early age. Spending weekends with his father and uncle at the Kart Tracks around Georgia and South Carolina. In 1998 Marty took the wheel and swept through North Georgia winning at several of the Local tracks.  Marty then went on to race atv in the GNCC Circuit. Life took its turn and Marty started a family and career but never lost the passion of racing. Just last year Marty and his duaghter Maci at 7 year old took the wheel and Dixon Kart Racing came back to life.  Marty is always willing to help anybody on and off the track. 

Teddy Dixon

Teddy Dixon father of Marty and retired kart driver has had his time in the seat and in the pits. Teddy and his brother Lee run WKA Series in the South East on Limited Modifieds in the 80's and 90's. Winning many races over the years he decided to step back and use his knowledge to take DKR to the next level. You might find Teddy giving advice to the driver, washing tires, cooking or whatever else that might need done.  But his support and knowledge is what has go DKR to where we are today.

Cody Bales

Cody Bales has been in kart racing for many years. He is our go for any of our tire needs. He coaches us week in and week out on tires as well as track support. Hit him up for all your tire needs.
